5. Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
7. Ensure food quality and consistency, conducting taste tests and quality checks
8. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen equipment
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
5. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes
6. Good communication and organizational skills
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualification
Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred
